Kevin and Melissa Jaquez (Rhoads) announce the arrival of Shiloh Paige Jaquez. She was born on November 3rd weighing 8 lbs 15 oz. She is the granddaughter of missionaries Philip and Sandra Rhoads Suriname. In the picture she is meeting her aunt Kristin and uncle Jason.
